PRIZM, an e-commerce platform, recommends cultural experiences like hotels, tours, and exhibitions. The design integrates interaction to bring offline experiences online, making high-level culture accessible. PRIZM offers editorial content, live programs, and short videos, explaining the brand's philosophy. This approach lowers barriers between the user and brands boosting user engagement.
My role was to design high-impact content that contributes to customer conversion. I worked on developing and improving content design based on metrics such as page dwell time, conversion rates, and click-through rates. To create content that stands out from other e-commerce platforms, we actively utilized motion and interaction elements.

Content Focused on Brand Philosophy and Unique Narratives
Most e-commerce today emphasizes discounts and promotions that leads to user fatigue. PRIZM offers a novel alternative by providing a unique shopping experience where users can understand and purchase the essence of products and brands through in-depth content. The content formats are diverse, including live broadcasts, brand showroom, videos, and editorial content, allowing users to engage in various ways.

Elevating Product Experience with Advanced Mobile Interactions
PRIZM sells a wide range of products, from unique brands to hotels, travel, and experiential goods. To highlight products in a distinctive way, PRIZM use advanced interactions in design. By utilizing high-definition videos, interactive media within the content, and CMS components like play viewers, the service aims to elevate the product experience on mobile to a level as close to reality as possible.

To enhance its low recognition in the domestic market and intuitively convey the brand’s mood and usage, we incorporated various assets such as short-form videos and editor comments within the page. As a result, the page achieved over 45% higher average dwell time and product click-through rates compared to other living products.

To provide a preview of the exhibition within the content, we structured it into four chapters based on the theme “From Dawn to Dusk” and the development of Swedish art history. To offer an experience akin to visiting the gallery, the content utilizes motion and interactive media to showcase representative works. This approach achieved three 3 higher purchase conversion rates and share conversion rates compared to other contents.

The Shilla Seoul
The Shilla Hotel, one of the oldest traditional hotels in Korea, was the first to run a promotion. To counteract the drawbacks of its age, we highlighted the hotel’s strengths through a branded story that emphasized its heritage. By effectively combining video and motion within the content, we achieved a 67% high completion rate in the hotel introduction section.

This approach effectively immerses users in the festival’s energetic spirit, providing an engaging and user-friendly experience.
